A confidential source has revealed a parliamentary probe that the UK failed to secure confidential equipment allowing Afghanistan's rulers to locate local individuals who collaborated with international military.

Information Leak Puts Thousands in Danger

The whistleblower, identified as Person A, explained that people concerned by the security lapse were advised to change residences and change their phone numbers to avoid detection from the ruling authorities.
